Was expecting much more. We could not use the lifts which is an inconvenience when travelling. The breakfast was good and the decorations brilliant. It is the hotel that is farthest from the park.

Rudimentary for a 4 star (no bottle of water in the room, no coffee maker, oh yes 2 caramels as a welcome….). The hotel is too far from the park on foot (in rainy weather and after walking a day in the park it's annoying). The restaurant room (the great ambassadors) looks like a station hall, you have to go outside to get your breakfast... very average overall. Note that the breakfast staff (+++) and the quality of the dishes served (++) raise the level. Despite this, I will not return there.

Very nice hotel, magnificent location, very well maintained gardens. Very calm and soothing. The only downside when you arrive in the room is that it would be nice to have a welcome tray of coffee, tea, a bottle of water, for a 4 star it is the minimum. Very warm welcome, charming staff. THANKS.

The staff takes great care of their customers, many of whom we don't see but who work to ensure our comfort. The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is of very good quality. The soundproofing is perfect, we are not disturbed by people in the corridor. The curtains are very blackout.
